Exception – Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the rare case that a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at humans@nivah.co, along with:

• Clear unboxing video
  
• Photographs of the product
  

Requests raised after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be accepted.

For damaged or incorrect orders reported within 24 hours with unboxing video, we offer replacement or store credit at our discretion.

No monetary refunds will be provided.
